2. General principles
We aim for fair, clearly communicated refund rules. Fees are disclosed before payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on banks or card issuers, typically 5–10 business days after approval.
Each refund request is reviewed individually against the timelines and conditions below. Approval depends on the criteria listed, not on informal promises made outside written quotes.
3. Workshop registrations and programs
3.1 Standard cancellation by participant
- More than 14 days before the program start date: Full refund minus a $15 administrative fee per registration.
- 7 to 14 days before start: 75% credit toward a future workshop within 6 months, or 50% cash refund.
- Less than 7 days before start: No cash refund; optional credit up to 40% at management discretion if seats can be reassigned.
- After the program begins: No refund for unused sessions except where required by law or section 3.3 below.
3.2 Transfers
You may transfer your seat to another adult once per enrollment if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the first session. Transfers are free for tier one programs; tier two and three transfers incur a $10 processing fee.
3.3 Cancellations by Cleansingjointso
If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or priority rebooking at no additional cost. We are not responsible for incidental travel costs, but will provide written confirmation suitable for insurance claims if needed.
4. Seasonal challenges
Challenge bundles include weekly check-ins and optional materials. If you withdraw before the second weekly meeting, you may receive a 70% refund. After the second meeting, fees are non-refundable, though you may request transfer to a parallel group if space allows. Missed meetings are not refunded individually.
5. Consulting and personalized plans
Single consulting sessions may be rescheduled once without charge when notice is given 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session fee. Multi-session consulting packages refund unused sessions at 80% of the per-session rate if you cancel before the third session occurs.
Personalized activity plans delivered digitally are non-refundable once the document is sent, because customization work has been performed. If we fail to deliver within 10 business days of payment, you may request a full refund.
6. Educational products
6.1 Printed guides
Unopened printed guides returned within 30 days of delivery qualify for a refund excluding shipping costs. Opened guides may be exchanged for the same title if reported damaged on arrival.
6.2 Digital guides
Digital products are non-refundable after download or access link activation. If technical issues prevent access, contact us within 7 days for a replacement link or refund.
7. Private group workshops
Corporate or private group contracts follow the cancellation terms in the signed quote. Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellation 21+ days before the event: deposit refundable minus 10% coordination fee;
- Cancellation 8–20 days before: 50% of total fee due;
- Cancellation within 7 days: full quoted fee due;
- Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty if requested 14+ days in advance.
8. How to request a refund

Include any relevant documentation (medical travel restrictions are not required for standard refunds but may be considered for credit extensions). 9. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a credit card chargeback so we can investigate promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension from future enrollment until the dispute is resolved.
10. Consumer rights
Residents of the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts within 14 days for certain purchases, except where services have begun with explicit consent. Maryland and other U.S. state laws may provide additional protections; nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights.
11. Promotions and discounts
Promotional pricing is refundable only according to the promotion terms stated at checkout. Discounted seats may be non-transferable. Credits issued instead of cash refunds expire after 6 months if not applied to a new registration.
