The studio is located on Carroll Avenue with street parking available nearby. Use public transit via Takoma Metro, then walk approximately twelve minutes north.
Accessibility
Step-free entrance on the west side. Notify us in your message if you need reserved floor space.
Lockers
Bring a padlock or rent one at the front desk.

Pricing and enrollment
We send program fees by email or written quote before you pay. You may decline without penalty after receiving a quote. Workshop services are fitness education only and are not covered as medical treatment. For refund windows, see the Refund Policy.
